Academy Administration Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Academy Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our busy and expanding Administration Team within YAS Academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and comprehensive administration support to the whole Academy function, including Academy Management team and wider Trust stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for education and learning enquiries
- Liaise with other departments and external organizations to ensure high levels of co-operation and organizational effectiveness
- Support the production of timely and accurate workforce/performance data
- Handle confidential data in accordance with current regulations
- Provide administrative functions as requested to maintain service continuity

Person Specification
Essential
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience of working in a busy office environment in a similar role
- Experience of creating, managing and manipulating databases
Desirable
- Experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
