Job Title: Business Development Lead

Reports to: Executive Director

Hours: 19 hours per week

Contract: Temporary (9 months confirmed, possibility of extension)

Salary: £18,805

Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings and events

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Lead to help us grow and support neurodivergent and disabled artists across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Conduct market research, develop and manage a CRM system, and promote our consultancy and training services to a wider range of organizations.
  2. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting, including reports for funders.
  3. Sales & Marketing: Develop and run a marketing plan to raise awareness of our services, promote DITWAA through social media and other channels, and work on pricing strategies to balance affordability with sustainability.
  4. Client Relations: Support the Executive Director/Creative Lead in building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, and help grow the client base with new organizations and repeat contract opportunities.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director/Creative Access Lead to align our business strategies with our creative and access-focused work.
  6. Grant and Sponsorship Applications: Contribute to securing grants from foundations, trusts, and private donors, with support from our fundraising consultant.

Desirable Skills: Knowledge of the Arts Sector, Experience with Social Impact Organizations, Networking Skills
