Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to join our Growth & Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business growth and development objectives, working closely with regional and sector leads to achieve this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Partners to deliver and monitor regional and sector-based business plans.
- Ensure all Partners engage and procure suppliers and SMEs in line with the framework compliant procedures on the digital platform.
- Drive compliance to achieve targets and sustainability performance in line with Perfect Circle commitments.
- Participate in SCAPE Construction frameworks, collaborating with contractors to share project intel and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficient use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
