About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapy Team Lead to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a treatment unit, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a treatment unit, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and protocols.
  • Supervise and develop staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Demonstrate expertise in radiation therapy, including complex treatment planning and delivery.
Requirements
  • BSc in Radiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Evidence of significant experience in a leadership role within radiation therapy.
  • HCPC registration and professional membership.
