**Job Title:** Senior Radiation Therapist - Leadership Role
**Location:** Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
**Salary:** £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

Main Duties- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Trust policies and regulatory requirements.
- BSc in Radiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in a leadership role within radiation therapy, preferably in a busy clinical environment.
- HCPC registration and professional membership.
