Marketing Manager Role at TCC Global

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at TCC Global. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your marketing expertise to drive business growth and develop innovative marketing strategies.

About the Role:

  • You will lead the creation of marketing materials that showcase our cutting-edge loyalty solutions, engaging internal and external audiences.
  • Closely collaborate with various teams, including Reward Development, Brands, Licenses & Entertainment, and Omnichannel, to craft compelling marketing assets.
  • Support the Commercial teams in driving sales and strengthening relationships with key external partners, including clients, brands, and licensing collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Reward Development team to differentiate our reward solutions and make them easier for local markets to sell.
  • Regularly collaborate with the Group Insight Manager and their team to ensure data-driven insights inform marketing asset creation and launch planning.
  • Work closely with the Brand, License, and Entertainment teams to support the development of pitch content, including marketing narratives and assets.
  • Assist senior marketing team members in planning, creating, and executing large TCC events, such as sales meetings, Loyalty Forums, client showcases, and solution launches.
  • Develop marketing content for our own IP brands, to be used across various platforms like websites, social media, and presentations.
  • Manage the upload and updates of marketing content in our CMS, Seismic.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of marketing experience, ideally with a degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, digital marketing, leveraging market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • PREFERRED: Digital marketing initiatives like social media, paid advertising, or content marketing.
