Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive operational management of the country, identifying and capitalizing on new markets and business opportunities.
- Enhance the company's brand influence and market share in the region.
- Build and lead a high-performing national operational unit, ensuring compatibility with strategic goals.
- Implement and oversee training programs, rotating through various positions including technology, sales, and product roles.
- Successfully complete corresponding assessments during the training period.
- Collaborate with teams across various European countries, adapting work and training locations based on actual circumstances.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from the class of 2024 or 2023 with a keen interest in the smart IoT industry.
- Demonstrated curiosity and an exploratory spirit towards the world.
- Open to continuous learning and self-improvement, with a commitment to broadening horizons.
- Possess systematic thinking and business acumen.
- Collaborative and innovative mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges courageously.
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Marketing).
- Previous experience or internships in smart IoT-related roles is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to diverse working environments across European countries.
- Willingness to travel based on business needs.
