Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our clients, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Occupational Therapy Assistants as required.
  • Implement the Safeguarding Adults policy & procedure and manage staff through the process, including chairing complex strategy meetings.
  • Manage, monitor and review care plans involving users and carers, liaising with other workers and agencies as appropriate.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a social care setting is essential.
  • Experience dealing with equipment and adaptations is essential.
  • Experience of providing services to vulnerable adults is essential.
  • Experience to carry out assessments in line with Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and responsibilities under the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act and instruct/advise on appropriate techniques and equipment is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by the College of Occupational Therapists is essential.
  • Having Registered with Health Professions Council is essential.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week.
