Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients, including assessments, goal setting, and intervention planning

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

• Support Occupational Therapy Assistants as required

• Implement the Safeguarding Adults policy & procedure and manage staff through the process, including chairing complex strategy meetings

• Manage, monitor, and review care plans involving users and carers, liaising with other workers and agencies as appropriate

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by the College of Occupational Therapists

• Registered with Health Professions Council

• Experience of working in a social care setting

• Experience of dealing with equipment and adaptations

• Experience of providing services to vulnerable adults

• Experience to carry out assessments in line with Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and responsibilities under the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act and instruct/advise on appropriate techniques and equipment

Working Hours:

35 hours per week
