We are seeking a skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care Team in Preston. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for undertaking home visits and assessments to identify equipment and adaptations within the home to reduce risks and increase independence for people in need of support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake home visits and assessments to identify equipment and adaptations within the home
- Provide specialist equipment and adaptations to reduce risks and increase independence
- Work collaboratively with the Adult Social Care Team to ensure effective delivery of services
Requirements:
- Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and HCPC registration
- Experience of working in a physical/community setting, and assessment & provision of specialist equipment and adaptations
