Clinical Diabetes Specialist Dietitian

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Diabetes Specialist Dietitian to join our Transformation Unit at Central Middlesex Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in diabetes and the ability to provide high-quality dietetic services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The role involves providing evidence-based dietetic advice to adults, including carbohydrate counting education, insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a mix of one-to-one clinics and group education sessions, including DAFNE and carb counting sessions delivered virtually and face-to-face.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality dietetic service to patients with diabetes
- Provide evidence-based dietetic advice and education to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Dietetics or a related field
- Significant experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in diabetes
- Strong knowledge of current issues in diabetes and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice
Salary: Dependent on experience (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum)
