About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of healthcare professionals at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a comprehensive diabetes care professional, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide individualised diabetes dietetic and education treatment plans for patients based on evidence-based practice and treatment options.

The post holder will be responsible for acting as an expert resource involved in the development and provision of evidence-based dietetic diabetes nutrition services. They will also provide high-quality specialist clinical advice and educational support to others involved in providing care for people with diabetes in the local community.

We are seeking an experienced dietitian with advanced specialist knowledge, ideally with post-registration courses and experiential learning, such as a Diabetes module. The ideal candidate will have good oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to work autonomously with individuals and groups.
