About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Diabetes Management Professional to join our team at Chemistree Solutions Limited. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilise your expertise in diabetes management and work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary care, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing diabetes within this setting. A current NMC registration, Diabetes Diploma or equivalent, and full UK driving licence are essential qualifications for this role.

This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to drive best practice, deliver excellent patient care, and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to individuals with Type 2 Diabetes, as well as possessing skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics.

As a specialist nurse advisor, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering up-to-date care for their patients. The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including a competitive basic salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, private health, and additional package benefits.
