About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at Marriott International. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare food for our restaurant, bar/lounge, room service, and banqueting operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to Marriott International's quality and preparation standards.
