Job Overview

Vizion Network Limited seeks an experienced Resolution Expert to join its automotive industry team. As a key member of the customer support team, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve customer expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers, clients, repair network members, suppliers, and partners to resolve issues.
  • Process and resolve EODs within FCA guidelines and internal/external SLAs.
  • Accurately record all information in the company's management systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every four weeks (8:30am - 12:30pm). The estimated salary for this role is £25,198 per annum.
