About this role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide companionship and support to our clients, accompanying them on outings and social activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes and in the community
  • Accompany clients on outings and social activities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks and activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Patient-focused and compassionate approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
