Senior Electro-Mechanical Product Development Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Test Technician at CK Group, you will contribute to the development of new and existing physical consumer products that monitor the wellbeing of companion animals in unobtrusive ways. You will work within a team of Product Designers, Mechanical Engineers, and Electronic Engineers to test products in our workshop and lab, create test jigs, assemble prototypes, and report results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience as a test or development technician for electro-mechanical products
- Working experience of physical consumer product development (e.g., modems, IT equipment, consumer electronics, industrial equipment)
The salary for this role is between £14.00 and £24.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid via PAYE. This contract role is based in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, and offers the opportunity to manage and maintain a broad range of model-making equipment, measurement and mechanical test equipment, and prototype PCB assembly equipment.
