Full Time Live In Care Professional

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Live In Care Companion. As part of our home care service, you will be providing companionship and support to our clients living at home in the Norfolk and Cambridge area.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £875 per week, with the opportunity to earn up to £981 including holiday pay. You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced bank holiday pay rate, daily meals provided, daily two hour break, company pension scheme, local and professional support team available, blue light discount card, free DBS check, refer a friend scheme (£300 bonus), employee benefits and discount scheme, employee wellness health assured benefit program, paid award winning comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development training, fantastic recognition care awards, staff birthday schemes and company events.
ResponsibilitiesYour role will involve providing companionship and support to our clients, including helping with personal care, mobility around the home, overseeing medication and providing medical support, helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming, preparing and cooking meals, and running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be adaptable, personable and put others first. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
