Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a Care Companion, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
We offer an estimated salary of £13.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £14 on weekends. Our competitive pay rates reflect the outstanding care and dedication required for this role.
About the Role
As a Visiting Home Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. You will work independently, visiting clients at agreed times, and providing emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management and household chores
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
To be successful as a Home Care Assistant, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a caring nature. You must also have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as well as previous experience in care or a related field.
