Companion Care Worker

Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career in care? We are seeking a Companion Care Worker to join our team at CHS Group, delivering exceptional care and support to older individuals in their own homes.
About the Position- Salary: £12.26 per hour
- Part-time/15 hours per week
- Permanent position
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, and have a genuine desire to help others. No prior care experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence and use of a car for work purposes are also required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to older individuals in their own homes
- Work with the Care and Support Manager to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Encourage social interaction among residents and community organisations
- Aged 17 years or over
- Friendly, committed, and flexible team player
- No care experience necessary; full training provided
- Must have a full UK driving licence and use of a car for work purposes
- Ongoing recruitment and retention payment (£150 after completion of 6 months' probationary period)
- 30 days holiday (pro rata for part-time staff), increasing to 35 days inclusive of Bank Holidays
