We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist Health Visitor to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality improvement projects and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in health visiting, with a strong background in coordinating and leading multi-skilled teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based programs of care, as well as providing clinical supervision and practice-based learning support to others.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate health promotion initiatives and improve health literacy among local communities.

Salary: £42,831 - £60,455 per annum

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration
  • Registered Health Visitor
  • Evidence of continuing post-registration education and training
