Public Health Practitioner

We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Public Health Practitioner - Health Visitor to join our NHS client. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to promote health and wellbeing, managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child programme.
The ideal candidate will possess a SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate, current NMC Registration, and excellent communication skills. Proven experience in multi-agency working and child protection is required, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering the Healthy Child programme to promote physical, social, and psychological wellbeing
- Managing caseloads of families, individuals, and groups in the community
- Collaborating with other agencies to provide comprehensive care and support
The estimated salary for this role is £30.00 per hour.
