MedicsPro Limited are seeking an experienced School Health Visitor to work on an ongoing contract in and around the London area. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of patients, planning and delivering child health programs in collaboration with families, schools, and communities.
  2. Identify health needs in families, schools, and communities, and deliver targeted health promotion, illness prevention, and care programs.
  3. Support service development through clinical audits, standard setting, and evidence-based care aligned with local and national policies.
  4. Act as the main contact for designated GP practices, developing collaborative relationships to promote healthy outcomes for children and families.
  5. Build partnerships with schools and children's centres to coordinate care and support for children, young people, and families.

  7. Promote effective teamwork, communication, and service integration within the healthcare team.
