We are seeking a skilled Health Visitor to join our team in Suffolk. As a Health Visitor, you will be working directly with families to support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual wellbeing of children from pregnancy to 5 years.

Job Description
  • Lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme for ages 0-5
  • Conduct assessments and care planning
  • Evaluate outcomes and support service improvement

You will work closely with the Health and Children's Centre Manager to support the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families.

Requirements
  • Qualification as a Health Visitor or nearing completion
  • NMC registration as a qualified nurse, midwife, or allied health professional
  • Passion for supporting children, families, and public health

Estimated salary: £40,215 - £45,595 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
