About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated Health Visitor to join our 0-19 team in Bracknell Forest. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to families, children, and communities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with local authority colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have experience in case management and be able to assess child and family needs effectively. A strong understanding of the Unicef UK Baby Friendly Initiative standards is essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a close-knit team, promoting a proactive and responsive service based on identified health needs.
