We invest in and build large-scale fast-growing business models, and create an investment vehicle to invest in the right founders and CEOs to find a business venture they can excel in and support them in their journey to create extraordinary companies.
What We Offer
We are searching for experienced or aspiring Partners for our Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio or become a Partner of an existing company within our portfolio.
Your Role
As a Partner, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks will vary based on the specific stage and company, and will include:
- Building a world-class organization
- Leading, developing, and motivating an exceptional team
- Defining and executing strategies to drive results across all functions
- Recruiting the right people and constantly developing the team
- Being fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- A strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
- A proactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility for everything you do
- A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people
- An interest in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimize
- A minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
- Top-tier academics, preferably with an MBA
- 3-7 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, start-up, or company
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per year, plus a great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business.
