About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our global advisory partnerships strategy, focusing on driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive partner program, leveraging your expertise in partnership development, sales, and business strategy. You will work closely with our global teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a global advisory partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with key partners, including C-level executives and sales teams
  • Identifying and creating well-qualified opportunities for sales teams to engage with partners throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborating with senior sales executives and their field sales teams on opportunities sourced or influenced by partnership initiatives
  • Providing input into competitive sales enablement collateral and tools to support Fenergo's solution within partner offerings
  • Managing partners effectively with clear governance processes and regular business reviews
Desired Experience

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a scale-up software company working in partnerships and alliances, with a proven track record of generating software license revenue through partnerships
  • Have experience working internationally and with a wide array of partnership models (MSP, Reseller, Implementation, etc.)
  • Have strong communication skills, relationship building skills, and be comfortable working with C-level executives and building relationships across senior executives in client and partner organizations
  • Be able to shape, develop, and drive new go-to-market strategies and propositions with partners
  • Have great written and oral communication skills, including compelling presentation skills
