Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced corporate organization in a temporary, full-time office-based role. As a Sales and Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and manage customer transactions
  • Monitor system updates and utilize the customer portal system to stay informed
  • Upload documents and collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist the manager with ad-hoc projects and contribute to the team's success
Requirements and Skills:
  • Existing customer service and administration experience, with a strong focus on organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
