Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

1. Sales Administration

• Process customer purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) in SAP, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management.

• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

• Prepare and consolidate goods for delivery, ensuring compliance with EU certified pallet requirements and optimizing truck loadings.

• Arrange for truck transportation and communicate with logistics companies to confirm delivery details.

• Monitor and track delivery status, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

• Process and distribute invoices, debit/credit notes, and sales returns to customers and key account managers (KAMs).

2. Goods Supply Coordination

• Collaborate with the Planning Manager to ensure accurate product availability and allocation.

• Provide KAMs with up-to-date availability and delivery information.

• Coordinate inbound shipments of TVs from China, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

3. Invoice Flow Management

• Review and approve transport invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.

• Register purchase and transport prices for each shipment, ensuring accurate financial records.

4. Reporting

• Prepare and submit sales reports to the Commercial Manager on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insights into sales performance and supply chain operations.
