Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Operations Team. Based in our Windsor (UK) office, you will report to the Operations Director, Global Operations.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating orders, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
- Take accountability for the complete execution of orders, collaborating with key departments such as Procurement, Sales, Regulatory, and Quality.
- Coordinate with service providers, including depots, carriers, customs agents, and re-labelling/repackaging providers.
- Utilize electronic systems to ensure accurate recording and actioning of all activities throughout the order process.
- Proactively identify and resolve order-related discrepancies from quality, legal, and financial perspectives.
