Sales and Administrative Coordinator

Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Administrator
Reed is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, administering and processing orders, and issuing quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Administer and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Issue quotations and follow up with customers
- Sell packages and upsell products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in sales administration or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
