Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Administrator

Reed is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, administering and processing orders, and issuing quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Administer and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Issue quotations and follow up with customers
  • Sell packages and upsell products to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales administration or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
