Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
- educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (i.e Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and planning abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus sales team performance relates bonus. The actual salary will depend on the successful candidate's skills and experience.
