We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Events Manager to join our dynamic team at Butcombe Pubs & Inns. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing meeting and event bookings, liaising with property General Managers to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver memorable events, meeting all requirements with precision.
  • Proactively drive new business, follow up on all leads, and support key projects throughout the seasonal calendar.
  • Conduct venue show-arounds, promoting our services and offerings.
  • Monitor and review all enquiries, ensuring smooth communication with the General Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in event sales or coordination is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing teams to achieve targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to executing flawless events.
  • Familiarity with social media management.
  • Marketing expertise.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
