Job Title: Sales and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Manager to join our team at The Victoria Stakes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming customer enquiries, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a smooth running of weddings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to incoming customer enquiries
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Ensure a smooth running of weddings and events, including communication with the BOH and FOH team
  • Adopt a hands-on approach during events and assist in the execution of the event
  • Manage and optimize third-party relationships and work closely with event agencies
  • Drive marketing and sales strategies in line with site targets
  • Maximize the site's online presence through social media, website SEO, and Google profile
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with Designmynight/Collins would be preferred but not essential
  • Strong sales skills and ability to develop and implement marketing, sales, and promotional strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and colleagues
