Senior Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Function at Diligenta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring that all risks are effectively mitigated and our employees are supported.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated, high-quality employee relations service on high-risk, complex, and sensitive employee matters.
Oversee new team members, including an ER Coordinator, and provide support to the existing team of ER Advisors.
Develop and analyze company policies and procedures to ensure the business can proactively respond to issues that may adversely affect the company or individuals.
Provide technical expertise to all managers and the People function, supporting business change, including TUPE transfers, reorganization, restructuring, harmonization, and People initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience managing the full spectrum of Employee Relations processes.
Extensive knowledge of employment law with the ability to provide commercially driven solutions.
Experience in coaching and developing individuals on People and ER-related matters.
Ability to coach, support, challenge, and influence decisions to effectively negotiate sensitive, pragmatic, and commercially focused resolutions to issues, risks, and queries.
Skilled in leveraging data insights to drive positive outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain resilience in challenging situations.
