HR Advisor

Reed is working with a leading service provider in Bristol to recruit an HR Advisor with expertise in Employee Relations on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is integral in providing specialist HR advice and support to managers across various sites, navigating a broad range of employee relations issues and other HR matters.
The successful candidate will have dealt with a broad range of ER issues, including low-level conduct/absence through to appeals, change management, and complex multi-stranded ER cases.
Key responsibilities include providing specialist HR advice and support to managers and colleagues, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation.
Additionally, the HR Advisor will coach and develop managers through a range of employee relations cases, handle colleague health and wellbeing matters sensitively, and log employee relations cases, maintain records, and provide management information.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent experience, a strong understanding of employment legislation, and significant experience in complex employee relations casework.
