Job Title: HR Advisor

We are working with a leading service provider in Bristol to recruit an HR Advisor with experience in Employee Relations on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider people team to provide specialist HR advice and support to managers across various sites.

You will be responsible for navigating a broad range of employee relations issues and other HR matters, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing guidance and support to managers and colleagues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist HR advice and support to managers and colleagues
  • Coach and develop managers through employee relations cases
  • Handle colleague health and wellbeing matters sensitively
  • Log employee relations cases and maintain records
  • Manage potential risks and identify improvements to people policies and processes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation
  • Significant experience in complex employee relations casework
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders
