About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Healthcare Assistant to join our community team in Somerset. This full-time role will involve working night shifts, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Main Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide end-of-life care in a community-based setting, supporting patients with personal care, mobility, and medication administration. You will also offer emotional support, engage in activities, and maintain a clean environment to ensure patient comfort. Additionally, you will monitor and report changes in patient conditions to healthcare professionals, contribute to care plans, and respect patient dignity and confidentiality.
