About the Role:

  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, including Social Workers and District Nurses, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate changes in customer requirements and work within company policies and procedures.
  • Attend training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist customers with personal care needs, such as dressing, washing, and meal preparation, as outlined in their Care Plan.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, and polishing, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Encourage customers to take ownership of their personal care and tasks, recognizing their abilities may change daily.
