About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks such as dressing, washing, and meal preparation.
  • Enable customers to maintain their independence and quality of life by promoting their personal outcomes and supporting them to undertake tasks they are capable of.
  • Liaise with social workers, district nurses, and other agency professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to communicating changes of requirements and work within company policies and procedures.
  • Attend training and expand personal development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A kind, approachable, and caring individual with a passion for providing quality care.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Availability to work between 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm.
