Job Title: Community Care Assistant

Location: Cheltenham, England

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Administer medications as directed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Support individuals in activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals involved in their care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare desired but not essential.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
