Job Summary:The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay scale and benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as assigned.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
