About the Role

We are seeking a kind, approachable, and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in Bath. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with Social Workers, District Nurses, and other agency professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Social Workers, District Nurses, and other agency professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate changes of requirements to the team and ensure that care plans are up-to-date.
  • Work within company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Attend training and development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist customers with their personal needs, including dressing, washing, meal preparation, and access to their community.
  • Perform light housework, such as dusting, sweeping, and polishing, as required.
  • Encourage customers to undertake personal care and tasks, recognizing their abilities may change daily.
