Job Summary
Busy Bee Recruitment is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress into a senior role within a contact centre environment.

As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and resolving claims in a timely manner. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer service calls and respond to emails
  • Advise customers on the best way to process their claims following internal processes
  • Update the database with relevant notes and transcription of calls
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to customers via email and telephone
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience working in a contact centre environment and be familiar with CRM systems.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 20 days' holiday, 7% employer pension contribution, and opportunities for career development.
