Marketing Manager

SwimTrek Adventure Swimming Holidays is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our open-water swimming holidays worldwide.
  • Lead a small marketing team to ensure all tours are effectively promoted through digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including content creation, user experience, SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Coordinate offline marketing efforts, including branding, events, merchandise, PR, and advertising.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to measure ROI and continually evaluate performance.
  • Analyze competitive environment and consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party partners and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales to enhance the online user experience and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar online marketing role, preferably in the retail or B2C sector.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a high level of commercial awareness.
  • Good technical digital knowledge, including experience in managing ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in marketing leadership and not just management.
  • Passion for adventure travel and understanding of the market sector.
