Care Team Leader Position for a Nationally Renowned Care Provider

Job DescriptionThis role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to service users. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support using a person-centred approach
- Measuring outcomes specifically to an individual's needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool
A successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment.
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in a caring environment, including use of a hoist
- Ability to work days, nights, full time, and part time
- Good communication skills, allowing you to engage and interact with service users
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team
- Passionate about making a positive difference to someone else's life
- Good written skills
