Muntons, a leading global supplier to the food and drinks industry, is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead their operational excellence journey.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to drive business growth through process improvements. This includes analyzing plant efficiency, labour costs, product yields, and production wastage to prioritize and deliver enhancements across plants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering a comprehensive continuous improvement program to support operational excellence and business strategy
  • Collaborating within a culture that prioritizes safety above all else
  • Supporting initiatives aimed at improving factory GMP and clean as you go standards
  • Training teams in the use of relevant tools and techniques
  • Maintaining awareness of the latest thinking in improvement approaches and industry best practices

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager will also ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements, factor energy usage into decision-making, and coach teams on lean principles.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
