To drive exceptional production performance in our busy manufacturing facility, you will focus on meeting demand for high-specification double glazing products. Your primary objective is to ensure accurate quantity and quality of goods in and out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of weekly requirements for external suppliers
  • Coordinate fabrication activities within the manufacturing department to meet deadlines
  • Monitor and report any production issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Collaborate with fellow fabricators to enhance manufacturing capabilities and adopt best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of goods in and out to facilitate smooth department operations
  • Produce high-quality aluminium glazing products within the warehouse environment
  • Foster a culture of compliance with company procedures
  • Support cross-departmental efforts to meet fabrication deadlines and work closely with Lead Fabricators
  • Unload delivery vehicles, verify correct goods receipt, and address any discrepancies
  • Ensure all hand-assembled parts are thoroughly inspected and meet the highest standards
  • Promote a safe working environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to rewarding employees for their skills and dedication.
