Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of operators in achieving excellent performance levels in safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. The successful candidate will provide safety leadership, technical advice, and troubleshooting to ensure processes are run safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of operators.
  • Help achieve and maintain excellent professional operators' performance levels in safety, quality, operational cost, and efficiency.
  • Provide safety leadership and demonstrate desired behaviours to ensure zero incidents.
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting advice to ensure processes are run safely and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG.
  • Effective organisational skills.
