About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our IRN-BRU brand. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating 1st-class marketing programmes and plans that drive commercial growth and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with AG Barr's vision and goals
- Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, traditional media, and retail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact/ROI
- Communicate campaign results to internal stakeholders and support trade planning with commercial and sales teams
- Monitor and evaluate brand activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
- Understand brand performance, generate action plans to address opportunities and risks, and manage external agencies and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Manage the brand's budget, allocating resources effectively to support brand initiatives
- Support annual brand planning, reviewing brand performance in context of consumer, market, and competitors to deliver profit, market share, and consumer measures
- Contribute to innovation and development projects specific to the brand, such as new flavours or formats

- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience
- Proven experience in brand management/consumer-facing role with successful brand strategy development and execution track record
- Demonstrable project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and commerciality, with experience of using data to inform decision-making
- Creative and innovative mindset, with ability to think outside the box and develop fresh branding initiatives
- Passion for the brand and industry, with deep understanding of consumer behaviour and trends
